Dear gurus,

i have maintained inspection type 13 for repetative mfg,

1) wht setting should be done in rate routing for inspection point?

2) when the inspection lot generated automatically.

Hi,

Repetitive Mfg : In process inspection procedure steps:

1. Material master> QM view> maintain Inspection type 13.

2. Create Rate Routing for the material, maintain the Operation and control key for Inprocess Inspection, assign the Master inspection Charateristics.

3.Do all the Planning and Execution of planned orders for the material.

4. Goto MFPR T code, enter the fields: material and Plant and Prod Ver. if you have.

Excecute inspection lot for material will be visible and release the Inspection lot for the material.

5. Goto QE51N Tcode and input the material and plant and execute, you will find the Inspection lot, input the results.

Hope this is clear.

should i create inpection lot maually every time is there any procedure to create inpection lot automatically

another query is when i result recording for this inpection lot lot size, sytem takes is that maximum for ex 999999999

please help me out
