XOP / MTOM support in PI SOAP adapter and in SAP WAS

Does SOAP adapter and SAP WAS support binary packaging of SOAP requests using XOP/MTOM kind of technologies?

Where can I get more details?

I have seen this link. But it doesn't say anything about support of these technologies in SAP SOAP adapter. Also if I need to use it the services that I need to expose, then if the WAS will support it.

Has anyone used these technologies in SAP WAS based solutions?
