Defining Business Groups

Good Morning;

Business Partner Groups.

I am trying to find some documentation on setting up Business Partner Groups. I could not find anything in the SolMan user guide 4.0. What I am trying to do is assign 2 or more people to a single group.

Example: When we assign work to a technical group ( ABAP, BASIS, WEB/JAVA) we would like messages to be sent to 2 or more people. I am trying to stay away from setting up generic user id’s (example – user id = ABAP_TL_1.)

you could just set up email distribution lists. I haven't found the feature you are refering to though when I looked for it before.
