MAR ID is a numeric value (Number of the person applying for the project ). It can be found in CJ20n under basic data tab, under person respons. (table PRPS-ASTNR)
Should be the same logic/configuration as suggested in below post:
After the configuration, in report CN60 you'll find the Field Name,Old Value,New Value,Name of person who changed and time details. But look into the other bit of having change documents activated, it loads the data base and could affect the performance.
