Data Transfer from PLM to SAP R/3

Dear All,

Any one pls explain me how to transfer Data from PLM to R/3.

I transferred data like Part number,its components,ECN and Revision level from PLM to R/3 Ztable.From there I want to Update / Change BOM wref to ECN and Revision level.Any procedure to do it.
