f any one having experience in SRM workflow, kindly help me to solve this issue.
There is a production issue going on in SRM production. Some of the work item while creating a shopping cart are not displayed on the user inbox. Because of this users are not able to approve shopping cart.

Please verify the Workflow log for those SC's thru' Trx- SWIA. See where the WI is sitting.

Have you chcked "settings" in UI? on the approvers side?
