Hii everyone,
Please look into the problem & let me know if there is a solution.
I have two different production systems P1 and P2, which share a single development server DX. Anything transported from DX moves to both P1 and P2.
I know that P1 and P2 could both point to one single content repository say 75 in the http content server.
Suppose if I archive idoc in both P1 and P2 and both get stored in 75. Could there be any problem while retrieving this data.
i.e. if i retrieve data from P2 is it possible that it pulls data of P1 too or any other concerns related to this situation...
Please help.
Sincerely,
Vinod.
Hi,
Are you storing the files form P1 and P2 in the same path of the content server?
Each and every file are represented thru unique ID called DIR.
Hence it wont be a problem in storing/retriving the files from content server.
I have not tried this scenario but i feel this will not give issue.
Regards,
MRK.
