Service Desk Web Service Architecture

Hi,

I'm new on Sol Man and I would like to know how the web service architecture is built, especially on the client side. That is, when Sol Man is integrated to an external service desk and it's supposed to consume an external service.

How can I configure the consumption of an external service?

Hello there,

How did you configure the outbound ? is it through solution manager IMG in SPRO. Can you please throw some light on this, we have an urgent requirement of integration solman service desk with external service desk.
