Shopping cart and backend document creation problem

HI all ,

While creating a shopping cart i am giving the quantity and price/limit...but i am not getting the value...its shows value as zero..but the shoppincart is getting created without any problem...

The second problem is that in back end for particular product category reservation has to get created...(I am using srm5.0 classic scenario)...i created number ranges both in ebp and back end and i also done the settings in define objects in backend system...but when i create sc for this product category i am getting "item contains error" as a message..suppose if it for Purchase req product category the backend document is getting created correctly.

can anyone help me in this.

Which SRM version are you using?

Pls see the foll notes for solution:

Note 1110898 - <Enter> on Shopping Cart Clears Field Contents

Note 1120062 - Simplified Pricing:Catalog price overwritten by prod price.
