Cannot retrieve template structure. Error creating PDF

Hi guys,

I working with the Composition Environment SP3 and I`m trying to start a process via an interactive form. I have configures the adobe document services according to

When I now go to the guided procedure tab -> administration to the point "Manage Impersonalized Form" and try to create the form, I get the error: "Cannot retrieve template structure. Error creating PDF ".

Has anyone an idea, what the reason could be?
