Hello everyone!

I just reinstall a server XI were not the key user of the previous facility and this judgement.

Now, after the initial setup, trying to load the link below

Http://host:50000/exchangeProfile

The user is blocked immediately PILDUSER

The same thing happens when trying to enter the Integration Builder.

To enter the SLD there is no problem, everything started after upgrading the support packages, before it could enter the links mentioned earlier.

Developing XI working properly, we have reviewed by all sides, which could be making the call that block the user, but we have failed to discover it.

As of now, very grateful for the comments.

While trying to enter Link

Freezes the user with which I try to make the connection, he revizado settings that the user should take, such as the one described everywhere, but the problem remains.

Just a thought;

Check if your password for PILDUSER is more than 8 char.

the password to user PISUPER and PILDUSER is with a long of 9

Hi Manuel,

PILDUSER takes only 8 char.

You will have to reset your password.

You can confirm this by:

go to:

http://server:50000/exchangeProfile -> connection -> type your password and see if all characters are taken there.

For unlocking the user go to transaction SU01 (user maintanance screen) and give your user id and give alias user id for logging(another user), after u select your userid and say unlock. otherwise tell the admin people they can unlock your user.

The user is blocked every 1 minute, with traces conducted has been obtained following:

That an RFC trying to communicate, gives us the IP server where it was installed XI Productive.

It may have been a service of the former facility up with the old passport?

Hi

if user is locked then login into xi system with some other user id password and go to tcode su01 whare you can find the option for unlocking the previous user id password
