Difference between TC CJ30 and CJ 74

Hi,

There is difference between In transaction CJ30 AND CJ74

In cj 30

Budget 23000

Assigned value 23015

But In TC cj74

Actual : 18000.

But it should be same. Why is difference ?

Assigned values constitute of many things as below and not just actuals:

Actual costs of WBS element carrying budget

Statistical actual costs of WBS element carrying budget

Actual costs of subordinate WBS elements if these do not carry budget

Statistical actual costs of subordinate WBS elements if these do not carry budget

Commitments of WBS element carrying budget

Commitments of subordinate WBS elements if these do not carry budget

Maximum of plan and actual costs + commitments from assigned networks or orders

Debit from settlement to WBS element

Credit from settlement to budget-controlled WBS

You difference could be any of them.

Thanks for your valuable reply. Now one more problem , there is difference btween TC CJ30 AND S_ALR_87013560 in Assigned Colume. Why is this difference ? It should to same.

I don't think you've got a column Assigned Values in Standard report S_ALR_87013560.

S_ALR_87013560- Is an Budget Update report (Which includes Original Budget,Supplement,Return etc.,)

If you have any doubt that assigned values are improper, better execute CJBN so that assigned values are recalculated and get reflected in reports properly.
