routing SC internal note and vendor text to R/3 item tab 'TEXTS'

Hi experts,

We are implementing SRM 5.0 on a classic scenario and have a requirement concerning texts on shopping carts. When creating a shopping cart in SRM with a material, the internal note and vendor text are filled in. When the SC is transferred to R/3 we can find the texts in R/3 under the tab 'TEXTS'.

However, if we order a SC with a service item, these texts are found on the details of the service line item.

Is it possible to route the texts for service items to the tab 'TEXTS' (exactly the same as ordering materials).

Hi,

You can try using the any one of the foll BADI's(based on the follow on doc created in R/3) BADI's:

For SRM 5.0 and higher versions

BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW

BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW

BBP_CREATE_BE_RS_NEW

For SRM 4.0 and lower versions

BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK

BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK

BBP_CREATE_RES_BACK

In the BADI,you can modify the data which is to be sent to R/3.So you can copy the required texts (from SC) to the Header/item level as required for SERVICE category.
