tax jurisidiction code

dear all,

I am not using any tax jurisdiction code in my system, but my problem is when finance person is creating the tax code, the tax jurisdiction code is mandatory field in our system.

How does it gets activated automatically, where is the setting so that i can remove tax jurisdiction code

juridiction codes are deactivated for country which are using VAT if you are from india please search for master note on VAT implementation and follow the procedure.
