Difference in 6.20 and 6.40

Hey,

I wanted to know how much difference does the WEB AS 6.20 and WEB AS 6.40 pose on eCATT. I have eCATT working on my Solution Manager 3.2 with Web AS 6.20. And i seem to have many options not available to me. That includes features as well as Menu Options. Can anybody tell me that is this normal behaviour and i must upgrade to Web AS 6.40 for all the features available to me ?

For example, I dont have an interface in Test Data Container to upload data through an Excel File. Neither I have search function available in my Test Script's Structure Editor area.
