SAP Org Struc

Hello Experts,

I am implementing IS Oil in one of the National Oil company involved with both upstream and downstream. They have 6 Refineries, 200+ depots and handle 7-8 different products and also have subsidieries who handle different lines of business. If any one have any experience in implementing in any such company, could you please suggest what would be the best SAP organizational structure for this. Like Purchase Org / Sales Org etc.

Tell me, your company is the same geographical place (same country, same accounting law..........), because the configuration depends of that.
