I need to implement note 1088163 in sap solution manager but i don't know how to execute step 3 mentioned in the note.

Solution

1) Download the CSV file attached to this note. Do not open the file with Microsoft Excel, as this may garble its content.

2) Execute function module E2E_UPLOAD_TEMPLATE_TABLE in transaction SE37 and enter the path to the CSV, execute. This will update the template table defining which extractors are to be started.

3) Run the setup wizard for managed systems again. If the system is supported, the appropriate extractors will activated in the Extractor Framework and a controlling batch process will be created.

Can any one give me some detail about step 3.

To re-run the setup wizard for managed systems :

Open http://<hostname>:<port #>/smd/admin in browser

(http://yourhost.somewhere.com:5##00/smd/admin where ## is your system nr)

Then choose tab Diagnostics Setup,

Then choose Diagnostic System,

Then choose Setup Wizard
