failed to send mail: java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi @,

I have configured my receiver mail adpter and while running it is throwing the following error in adapter engine and there is no trace availble to analyse the same Only the follwoing error :

"failed to send mail: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Any help Its urgent.

what the RWB CC says about this channel? i think the serice was down for a moment for this in j2ee server.

The error I am getting in RWB CC monitoring and there is not other trace available

Check the pipleline steps for more details in MON, it shuld break the interface in MONI, you will find the more details there.

I think reactivte the mail adapter and try.

In pipeline its going fine no error in Moni it is failing in Adapter and giving that error So can't proceed any furthr

This is strange...some times this types of errors drives crazy isn't....delete it and recreate it.

just curious the service for mail adapter in Visaual admin is up right?
