Problem Settings EarlyWatch Alert

Netweaver SAP-system is added in a landscape SAP-System Solution Manager 4.0 SPS 15 through SMSY transaction. For Netweaver SAP-system it is activated EarlyWatch Alert and it is activated SDCCN. A problem in the following: in SDDCN Netweaver SAP-system do not appear in the tab “ To Do ” task

EarlyWatch Alert . At performance of task Refresh sessions in broad gullies appears messages « Refresh of session overview completed from destination SM_XXXCLNT100_BACK ». How to make, that has appeared task EarlyWatch Alert? If to try to create a task « Request Session Data-> Periodic - EarlyWatch Alert » in a field "Destination" it is not possible to choose RFC-connection on SM 4.0,

Hi Timur,

There could be several causes. Have you checked that the service definitions are uptodate in both Solution Manager and in the satellite system?

Note 727998 describes how to delete and replace them. Sometimes that can help.

The path you mentioned "Request Session Data-> Periodic - EarlyWatch Alert" is only for EWA where you send data directly from the satellite system to SAP, not for EWA running via Solution Manager.

Another thing to check:

make sure that the installation number & SID in SMSY for the satellite system are the same as the ones you see in the satellite system in system->status.
