Hi,

the Communication channel remains inactive ( yellow ) till it is actually in use.

Try sending a SOAP request from a SOAP client. It should turn green or red .

hope this is helps u.

Hi

check whether the cache is being updated or not.

u can also refresh the cache from the Integration directory .

go to Environment--->Cache Notification

and then manually refersh the cache if any componect is inactive.

Thanks

we have tried to referesh all caches, but nothing happened,

In fact all other type of Communication channels (File, mail, JDBC, etc) are working, only SOAP is problematic

Cache update will also not happen even if any of the service user are locked checked the PIDIR user is locked in any way....

ths is only because of cache problem things like this can happen, either you can reactivate that adapter and try..

Try to test any interface and then check the status for the adapter in the communication channel monitoring.

thanks
