update stats job is failed through DB13

Dear friends,

We have taken the system copy of existing WS quality to new quality and existing development to new development. In new quality and development.I have scheduled the job name "Check and update optimizer statistics" through "DB13". It has terminated with errors.

Both the system has same problem. Our artical master data is getting uploaded. but it is taking lots of time to upload. Last time when we scheduled this update stats job then it was uploading fast in old quality system.

WSECCQA is refer to your old quality host or new quality server host?

after system copy did you apply sap license on new host?
