How To change the status in Crm_dno_monitor under Status Field -F4 help

In Crm_dno_monitor transaction - on the Selection screen Status field comes , Now in that status Field F4 Help Shows the Standard status only, For Ex: Open, Super user,....ect,.

Now I want to display the our Z status in that F4 help of that status Field in that particular Crm_dno_monitor transaction.

please help it out .

in crm_dno_monitor

just check for the field status profile and provide your status profile name.

than proceed as mentioned earlier.

thanks a lot dear frnd,

In crm_dno_monitor

how can i find that staus field ,currently using which status profile-statuses.how can i replace our status profile statuses in place of standard status profile-statuses.

(in crm_dno_monitor

try gvng the transaction type

which is default SLFN for service desk.

Also check the layout which should be standard for service desk

Dear Frd,

how to find out the layout which should be standard for service desk ? where it maintain ?

I given defalut SLFN also showing "no entry found" message only. plz help me.

Dear Friend,

In crm_dno_monitor

!.Whn you press F4 in front of ur status tab...a pop up appears now

2.Here on the top notice the small triangle pointing downwards click this

3.Provide the name of status profile it wil do the needful.

whenever i press the traingle tab ,it is asking for status..

under status i am giving the status profile name ex: zs1.

but when i click okay,the message is displayed that

"no entry found".

Hi

You can see it after the Business Partner (1st section)

Status you can see

-- Not completed

-- Completed

-- All

You can also choose your ZStatus and you have a input box for that, where you can do a F4 and get listed..

Dear Fr,

Just select the status profile SLFN for service desk if you are using the same.

Now whenver you press F4 you get your zstatus.

Please reward points.

Thank you for your Quick Response,

What you say that's correct, But We used our own Zstatus profile for service desk, So we want our status in F4 help in status field. Ex: we are using the Zsu sattus profile and we want to display Zsu status in status F4 help.

Dear Fr,

If you are using a zstatus profile then select this values under status profile tab and thn press the F4 button for status values you will get the same.

Later you can create a variant for your users with saving the name of status profile so that they get the list of all status for this status profile.

I have done the same and it's working fine for me.
