Pricing Condition Types Inactive

Dear SD Community,

I have two similar pricing procedures with same Pricing Condition Types & Calculation.

1. ZINDEP - Depot Sales Pricing procedure

2. ZINFAC - Factory Sales Pricing Procedure

For this I have two separate Sales Order Types

1. ZSON - Sales Order Factory

2. ZSOD - Sales from Depot

Separate Doc. Pricing Procedures

1. A - For Factory

2. B - For Depot

Now when I raise a factory sales order, all the pricing conditions status is active (Green signal). But for Depot Sales, the same Condition are Inactive (Yellow signal). On double the respective condition types, i found in Control Data Status "Y" Inactive because of subsequent price.

Is it anything to do with V/06 - Define Pricing Condn. Types...Control Data --> Exclusion Indicator.

Could u plz help where iam going wrong...suggestions awaited.

Hi,

First check in the pricing procedure have u defined any alt.con.types, then as per your exclusion indicator it shouldbe blank as there are no condition supplements.

next check price condition which u have defined in pricing procedure of the factory sales and depo sales for both of these have u maintained condition records seperately or not.

check ur accesses sequence combination and then finally check ur copy controls once, and then in sales order item condition tab click the update button once and check it is converrting to green indication or not.

go to V/08 chk whether entries for the pricing procedure determination are maintained for depot sales or not.

S.org | Dist Ch | Div | Cu.P.Pr | Doc.P.Pr | Pr.proc | Cond ty|

XXXX | XX | XX | X | B | ZINFAC| ZSOD |

if its not maintained,then maintain the entries and create cond records for the cond ty(ZSOD).

then create an order whether its working or not..

plz let me know the sol

Hi Raj,

Actually ZSOD & ZSON are my Sale order types & not condition types.

My basic price is ZBPR. All other condtion types like Excise duty, CST/VAT, Discounts, Commission are same in both the pricing procedures i.e. ZINDEP (Depot Sales Pricing Proc.) & ZINFAC (Factory Sales Pricing Proc.).

Hi Subrat,

if at all if the pricing condition types are different in both the pricing procedues.then u have to maintain condition records for the two cond types in VK11.

hi,

pl check in your pri proc if there any other subsequent conditions getting determined against the ones which are inactive. I guess there would some alternative cal types against some of your conditiosn which are active. Like when you different prices for a material like, list price, determined list price(against some formula), Net Price like PN00, in such only one of this price would be active and the others become inactive even if they have conditin records found.
