Error while opening links in Runtime workbench

Hi all,

When i try to open the tabs like, component, message, cache monitoring on the rwb page, I'm getting the following error:-

_htmlbmessagebar is undefined

ur_txt is undefined

URL -http://hydhtc65586:50000/rwb/FrontComponent/FC_Secure.jsp

Any pointers on to resolve this problem will be highly helpful.

Hi,

Most of the RWB problems can be resolved if you have Fully Qualified Domain name for Host Name.

Please make sure that there are OSS notes on that issue -- follow as per 764176 .

Refer SAP Note 821267 Question No 24. It may give some hints, or the reason behind this error.

If you have Fully qualified domain name in Exchange profile for host names, RWB errors will be eliminated.

Also , regarding JPR, you need to create a Business System

Is your Exchange Profile properly maintained? Are all necessary SICF services activated, you can simply run report RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES?
