Document distribution

Hello guys,

I would like to prepare document distribution for our R&D, but it goes badly. When I create distribution packet it goes everytime to the error status. In the log is written this:

Document distribution order status has been set to ER

No recipient could be determined

I don't know why because recepient is SAP user

Hi Michal,

one possible reason can be a missing flag in TA SO16. Please check that the flag Organizational units' (under tab 'Adressing') is set and that no sending restrictions are defined under tab 'Send'.
