How printing an outbound delivery?

Hi,

Go to VL03n and give the delivery number then go to Menu bar - outbound delivery- issue output. Once you click issue output then it will open another screen with output condition types. Select your appropriate output condition type and execute it then it will show delivery out put on the screen. If you want u can give it to print or you can have a look at print print preview also.

But before all this out put determination and output condition record should be maintatined for that delivery document type.

Go to transaction VL03N. Enter your Outbound Delivery Number. Go to Menu Bar Outbound Delivery -> Issue Delivery Output. Select Output Type -> Print

Hi,

Go to VL03N and from Menu choose Outbound Delivery----> Issue delivery O/P, after keying in the delivery no.

If you require mass printing of deliveries, then go to VL71 t-code.
