S125 Information Structure with no values

Hi everyone,

Since I have realized that in our ystem the information structure S125,

I would like to know which are the steps we should follow in order to activate that tructure so it takes values for example when I create a sales order.

Hi,

You need to do the basic settings for LIS :

Logistics Data Warehouse

Data Basis

Updating

Updating Definition

Updating Control

Activate update

Settings: Sales

Statistics Groups

Update Group

Assign update group on item level

Assign update group on header level

1). Maintain the relevant Statistic group in Customer and Material Master

2). Assign the Update group based on the Sales Area , Customr Statistics Group , Material Statistic Group, Sales Document type statistiv group, Item Cateogry Statistic group & Relevant Update group

3). Assign the Update Group based on Sales Area , Statistic Group for Customer, Statistictics group for sales document type.

Please check with these basic settings and confirm

Actually the information structure S260 is not activated. Could you please explain me how to activate it?

Hi Beneharo,

Well, you can goto the change mode of Infostructure defination MC22 and Genarate the Infostructure.

But this being a SAP standard, must be already activated.

Also, if possible raise an OSS for find notes available on this.

Please also check with Note 155566, if any useful.

Hi Beneharo,

The procedure I explained is valid for all standard and self defined info structure updation.

Make sure that all your Statistic Groups are maintained at :

1). Customer Master

2). Material Master

3). Sales Document Type

4). Item Cateogry

Further the same statistics group are assgned in the correct update group .

If after maintaining the same, the Infostructure is still not updating, make sure that the Inforstructure is Activated.
