Printing on A2 size paper in suse linux

We able to take printing on A4 Size paper , while some of our document requires A2 size paper printing.

But while printing on A2 size paper the output is not printing properly.The output comes in A4 size on A2 paper i.e it get shrink.

In normal Window we are not facing this issue.

do you face the same problem when printing A2 from OS-Level or only from SAP GUI?

We tried from Linux OS also , found it is also not coming from OS level , is there any setting in Linux OS for this.

Hi,

check with your printer vendor,

might be you need to upgrade the Printer driver on Linux

Dear Abhijeet,

please get in contact with your Linux distributor and ask for support there. Currently there is no chance that this problem can be handled by SAP...
