Hi,

From the total 50000pcs, already 48000 pcs are delivered. So the existing schedule lines would have already been confimed and delivered.

Now for the remaining 2000 pcs there would be a schdeule line available and also a delv. date. Go to that schedule line and add the Order qty with another 20000. If the system after the relevant available checks, if the qty is available and will be deliverd on the prescribed date, then it will confirm the qty or else it will propose a new delivery date.

The system will not allow you to edit the order qty, instead you can do so by adding a new schedule line as explained above.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Please create a separate line item for this excess qty, so as to let system reconsider the ATP and TOR of this line item.

As the ealrier is already commited and confirmed from production and further delivered.

Reward points if this help.

Harsh

Dear Friend,

You can reschedule the order by V_RA..If there is stock the order will be delivered.

try

1. With the exixting qty 56k again deliver the sales order.

or

2. Change the qty in the line item 10 to the one delivered and in the line item 20 (next line) enter the remaning qtys to be delivered .......Then deliver the order.

It will work.

hello, friend.

the system will still accept your changes from order quantity of 50,000 to 70,000. the system issues you a warning because part of the quanitity has already been delivered. any changes will affect document flow and transfer or requirements.

it is the company's choice whether to change the original order quantity, or to enter the additional order as a separate line entry. but i would think it is better to enter the additional as separate line entry so that you will have a clearer record of orders, as you can check in the sales order > Environment > Changes for the history of the customer's orders.

regards.

Hi,

becos for that quantity has already avaliability check and TOR ha dbeen completed, so syatem does not allow to change that bcos of the partial delivery, suppose if u want to add some more quatity add in the next line item then system will considers it.
