region in condition record

Hi All

I have a problem that is while i am creating the condition records for taxes in the region option it is not taking the which i am giving. system repling the REGION IN 01 IS NOT DEFINED But i maintained the regions. if i want to press F4 it is showing 500 entries only. if i want more entries what to do?

Dear Friend,

Remove the 500 and do not put anything .

The system will display all the records..........

where you will find IN too.

If no check for your configuration:

Whether you have assigned region in the SPRO

SD Basic functions -->Taxes --> Define regional Codes.

Have you created a cond table with region for that contion type. is there a proper access?

When you do F4 you see on the screen entries change it from 500 to 5000 then you will see more entries.
