Dear All,

There is a requirement as following:

1) The credit should be maintained in some credit management area.

2) Create some credit data with tcode "FD32"

3) Check the credit data with FDK43. And if someone in sale org A and customer is maintained in sales org A, then she/he should be able to view the data. otherwise, it can't be viewed.

So dear all, how can I maintain authorization for someone who will be allowed to view the credit data?

Welcome any suggestions.

Thanks very much.

By the way, could you some guy provides some Best Practice for SD to me?

Any info, please send to james.cjliu@hotmail.com

thanks,

James

Hi,

Go to transaction SU21 and find SD - Sales and Distribution.

Now check for object V_KNKK_FRE - Customer Credit Limit: Edit SD Documents.

Assign this object to a profile and assign this profile to a user role.

Take help of BASIS on this.

If helpful dont forget to reward points for contribution.

hello, friend.

you can control authorization for credit related transactions through any or all of the following (partial list only):

1. credit control area

2. risk category

3. credit representative group

4. % credit limit usage

the above are just the common examples. hope this helped you.

regards.
