Action profile for sending mail after changing the user status

Dear Friends,

I am working in Sol Man 4.0.

I have defined my status profile.

If i change the status from "inprocess" to "Approved", the mail has to go to the message processor & Reported by through action profile (without work flow).

Is it can be done?

Please guide me what are all the config to be done action profile for the same.

SIM files are made using SAP Tutor, you can play them with the SAP Tutor player.
