Hi Rajendra,
You will create only one Access Sequence. In that create 3 Condition tables for your 3 entries.
Goto SPRO -> Sales & Distribution -> Basic Function -> Prcing ->Pricing Control ->Define Accesss Sequence ->Maintain Acccess Sequence-> create your Access Sequence Here assign your 3 condition tables for
1-Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/Material Group
2-Material with release status
3-Customer/material with release status.

Hi Rajendra,
Assuming that you are defining the condition table for maintaining the condition record for the condition type Price, you need to make only one Access sequence.
One Access sequence can have many Condition tables. The condition tables are to be assigned from most specific to most general.[top -down] i.e. sequence in your case will be-
1-Sales Organization/Distribution Channel/Material Group
3-Customer/material with release status.
2-Material with release status.
Secondly you can assign only one Access sequence to the Condition Type. Again sequential arrangement of Condition Type will give you the Procedure.

Hi Rajendra,
You need to maintain only one Access sequence
for a set of accesses i.e condition tables.
This access sequence will contain the search strategy
for finding valid condition records from the 3 conditon tables.
In case of further queries, revert back.
Thanks,
Umesh.
