catalog -code group & codes (object part,causes,damage,etc)

Dear PM gurus,

request kindly help to activate and flow the catalog - code groups & codes in standard report of iw29 or iw59 for the following code group & code

Notification Header level of Items :

1. Code group - Object part & code

2. code group - Damage & code

Sub header level of Items -- CAUSES

1. Code group & Code

Cause code text & cause text

in pm & service notification we are using the above code groups & codes, but the contents are not flowing in IW29 & IW59, pl help

Hi ,

Once you get the list in IW29 , click the change layout icon & select the fields (code group, coding code etc) you want to display. This will display all fields you selected.

After that you can also use Edit->Set filter to further filter the requirement.

code group text & code text of the following in iw29 report thru filter?

causes

damage

activities

the above codes are given in pm notification, expecting the same info in iw29, pl do check thru set filter and let me know whether we get these along with (code group, coding code )

pl help if u know which report the above are coming

Hi ,

Try this.

Check with Tcode IW30 Notification list (Multi Level) and select the appropriate filter selections (Cause , Item , Activity etc)

have checked iw30, but not clarity as iw29.

request is there any other report similar to iw29 for getting item details from notifications

ie., causes, damage, activity, tasks,

with code group txt & code txt.

thanx for yr immediate help.

IW30 screen, selected, notification, cause & executed the report, in report layout, have observed that Settings---> filter is in disabled(grey) mode, pl help in making active thru spro.

Hi,

I am not sure why it is greyed. I think , since we have already selected filters in the main screen , it is greyed.

Go to Settings->Field selection and select appropriate options (For eg Cause) and select the fields you wants to display.

More over , you have the option to save as a Local file (Excel sheet etc).

1. object part

2. overview of damage

3. cause

4. activity

5. coding

I wud like to map new business process requirements using (code groups & codes) the above in notification either for pm side or cs side.

request pl help.
