Hi,

The invoice number is stored as a segment and it can be quite difficult to query it from a table. WE09 allows you to search for a value in a field but is limited to one search. You could probably modfiy this program to allow for multiple record search.

Cheers !

You will not be able to get the IDOC number which is creating using an output type in any database table.

For individual invoice, you can check the processing log of the output type in Header----Output view. This will give you the IDOC number created.

Another way is to find the time during which the output was processed for the invoice in table NAST. Using that time, we can find the IDOCs created in WE02. This will give the IDOC numbers which were created during the time of output creation.

Hope this helps you

If there are multiple invoices, then you may have to find out hte IDOC numbers using the time at which the output is triggered and finding otu the IDOCs created during that time in WE02.

Unfortunately, this is the way. May be I am not aware of the table which stores the processing log of the output. You may have to wait for some better answers if somebody is aware of the solution for thsi problem.

As Shankar mentioned EDI* tables will help you to find the details of the IDOC. But no EDI* table gives teh ifnormation of the output types and the IDOC numbers
