SAP Support Packages

I am currently trying to access the SAP Support Packages and am able to get to the point where I can search for patches to download, such as, for example SAPKB46C54 or SAPKB46C55 . The problem is when I go to download a basket or the patch itself it sends me to a screen that that "The Page Cannot Be Found". I tried giving full access to a test user and it still didn't work so I didn't know if there was some kind of problem on the SAP side or maybe you had an idea of another way to approach getting the patch file downloads to work.

Hai,

In the Service Market place,once you find the relevent patch,select it and click on the 'Add to Download Basket' .Once it added to Download Basket,it will add and popup on the new window.Click again on Downloadbasket,it will display the files existing in the Basket.You can make a right click and try to download.Or else use the standard Download Manager by installaing on the Desktop and download...
