When I see my msg in sxmb_moni it shows me a green flag and I have to click on the queue id and manually push the data.I have checked if they are any msg stuck up in the queues using tcodes smq1,smq2 but have no entries.What could be the problem and how could I solve this.

if you are facing this problem more often then deactivate all the queues and activate it again....also you can configure your CCMS alerts to chek the data is queue for that reason and follow the tunning paramters to avoid this problem.

You have to register the queues for the interface in tcode SMQR.
SXMB_ADM --> Integration Engine Configuration -->Specific Configuration --> Manage Queues
Select to register the queues.
