Hi Balaji.
My recommendations are:
1) try to log on in the system with the user sap* in the client 000, if you can not, you could check the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar of the instance profile, this parameter must have the value 0.
2)if you can log on on the system, type the transaction slicense and
2.1) Check that the installation number, hardware key, system id, the license type are correct for the new server.
if you can not log on on the system, open a command window and type saplicense -show, and
2.1) Check that the installation number, hardware key, system id, the license type are correct for the new server.
Regenerate the license and restart the server and try it
3) Check the note

Apply the license using transaction SLICENSE inside SAP while logged in as SAP*
If you cannot login as SAP*, you can go to the OS and run the command "saplicense -install" from usr/sap/SID/sys/exe/run and input your license information. Of course this commandline does not work with ECC6.0.
If you cannot log in as SAP* in your ECC system, you will need to look up how to do this, which may require manipulation on the DB itself by your DBA.

You could apply license through command line (at the OS level also).

Login with sap*
