error in RWB

Dear Experts,

In RWB, when i click on Business Process Engine (in component monitoring) am getting following error.

Following error occurred while executing the application:

" javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: A gridLayoutCell must be nested in a gridLayout!"

Can u guys help me with this. As I am getting this error in PRD.

HI,

The JCO service might have been down...check it out....Sometimes it happens due to overloading of server

Check with tocde SXMB_ADM_BPE and SXMB_MONI_BPE that are you getting teh same error.

Try recycling the entire system as well as restarting the Jco service from the Visual Admin.

Check RFC destinations AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER, AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER,

LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI

Check Transaction SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING (all activities should show green check mark).
