there is a parameter ~EWT_statichelp. If you set this parameter to 1, ITS generates help links to http://host:port/sap/its/mimes/<service>/99/de/info/docu_<service>.html where <service> is the true name of the service. You can put your own help to this location on the web server. This is documented in SAP note 441286.
