SSO(Single Sign On)

Hi All

I am working on SSO between EP and XI and i have done all the SSO settings between both the systems. its working fine and ticket is being generated.

Now I am trying to establish the SSO between EP>XI>ECC(R/3) systems. i have done the same SSO setting between EP --> ECC as i have done for the EP --> XI system. but when i run the application the ticket is being generated for XI but the same ticket is not passed to the ECC system and there is no information about the ticket in ECC system log files.

the error that i am getting in sxmb_moni is:

com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: RfcAdapter: receiver channel has static errors: can not instantiate RfcPool caused by: com.sap.aii.af.rfc.RfcAdapterException: error initializing RfcClientPool:com.sap.aii.af.rfc.core.repository.RfcRepositoryException: can not connect to destination system due to: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Name or password is incorrect.

so, do i need to do the SSO settings between the XI -->ECC system as well?

But it deals with all the possible options of authenticating @ SAP end,

Hi

I think you need to activate the Principal propagation in Xi to pass teh same ticket to ECC.
