DEAR ALL THIS IS A LIVE SCENARIO IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY WHO IS INTO FORMULATIONS.
THE SALES TEAM THAT IS THE MEDICAL REPS ACROSS THE NATION ARE GIVEN THE BAGS (THAT IS KIT) AT THE TIME OF JOINING.
AND THE COMPANY WANTS TO TRACK THIS INVENTORY IN SYSTEM AT ANY POINT OF TIME SPECIALLY DURING EMPLOYEES RESIGNATION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT.
MY QUESTION IS IF WE CREATE THIS BAG AS MATERIAL AND DO A DELIVERY TO THE MEDICAL REPS (BY CRETAING THEM AS CUSTOMERS),THE INVENTORY GETS REDUCED.WHICH IS NOT THE COMPANYS REQUIREMENT,THEY WANT TO TRACK WITH OUT REDUCTION IN INVENTORY.
CAN YOU ANY SUGGEST HOW TO ADDRESS THIS SCENARIO.
THANKING YOU
REGARDS
SHASHI
hello, friend.
you can issue the medical sales rep kits to your personnel using a document type that you could copy from consignment fill-up. in this way, you can still track who still has what and who has returned the kits.
if the employee returns the kit, you do consignment pick-up. if the employee decides to keep the kit or if he loses it, then you do consignment issue.
regards.

Hi
First Create your Sales Employees ( Medical Rep ) as Vendors
Then Create Material as Non Valuated( Material Type - UNBW)
Perform Transfer Posting with movement type 541 through MB1B or MIGO
track your Bags and Med Rep through MBLB
Hope it answers your question.

Hi,
Firstly in this forum , please DONT USE CAPLOCKS
Now with your query, for this particular item category (VOV7) untick item category relevant for delivery under business data.
Please reward points if helpful.
