Hy Experts,

Can anyone help me out with this error message:

"Authorisation missing for Company code 0100 assetclass 23111"

We are using SRM 5.0 - classic scenario. This error occurs every time a user selects a asset number when creating a shopping cart.

Now, what does this mean and what can be done?

Please make sure you have the below authorization objects in your profile.

A_S_WERK (For all necessary Company Codes)

A_S_GSBER

A_S_KOSTL

Hy Kathirvel,

The authorisation objects are available on the profile and it still doesn't work.

The problem is that all users get the same error.

Could there be any other reason for this?

Hi,

1.) Please make sure whether this RFC user has necessary authorization.

2) If this message being returned by any of the custom developments.
