Shopping Cart number not displaying in Purchase Requisition

Hi SRM Gurus

We have a problem with shopping cart numbers displaying in SAP EBP (SRM/MEP) on the PO. There is a field in the header data of POs, on the 'Customer Data' tab, for the cart number. But the shopping cart numbers are not displaying in purchase requisition, because of this reason the PR converted to the PO don't have the shopping cart number in the Customer data tab.

Please advice.

Hi Sadasivam,

In reference to the information provided by you it looks you are talking about classic scenario or Plan Driven procurement scenario where in the P.R is created in R/3 and the sourcing happens in SRM.

In case you are talking about PDP scenario, the P.R (external requirement) comes directly to SOCO through RFC channel and the sourcing is carried out for that external requirement.

So there is no question of shopping cart number here.

In case you are talking about classic scenario, where SC is created in SRM and a follow on documenet P.R / P.O created in back end R/3.You can see the link only in the Follow on Documents tab of the Check status.

And no where you can find the shopping cart number in the header data tab except for Document History.

The CUF BADi BBP_CUF_BADI can be used to create a custom field and can populate the required data based on your requirement.

Hope this makes you more clear. Clarifications are welcome.
