Spool numbers not getting generated

Hi Gurus,

I am unable to generate the spool numbers when i save invoice eneteing the output types in Header,spool numbers are not getting generated.when i see in SP01 i am unable to see the spool numbers.Can any one gide me on this.

Hi

Please provide the Spool Name in the print options ,

Then you will be able to get the spool generated.

Untick the Mark-Release after output.

Hi Friends,

I got response from some other forums that no spool requests generated for FN00...outputs like Fax & Emails.Is it true.and can you please name the spool name i should mention in the spool name of communication.

Hi,

Please check with the Output type in your Billing Header and check if the print immediatly is flagged.

Then again try to print the invoice.

Hi,

Go to transaction VF31 and enter your billing document and try taking a print out.

This should work.

Thanks for your reply,I am able to generate spool request numbers for some output types like RD00 and couldnt generate spool request numbers for FN00 out put that is for Email.
