Backend F4-help issue

Dear Expert,

I have applied authorization object BE_F4_HELP in

user role and even follow the OSS note:656633 and OSS note 815849 -> point no. 5. Some how the binocular search help was not displayed for G/L acct assignment in shopping cart. Why?

May i know what is the function module or table name will be call for display G/L account search help?

Hi,

The following are the function modules used for displaying the requested search help.

B31I_SHLP_CALL
B40B_SHLP_CALL
B470_SHLP_CALL

Depending on customization in "Define Backend Systems" one of the above will be called.

You can refer these in the table BBP_FUNCTION_MAP.

Thanks for your reply.

My issue is after applied the authorization object BE_F4_HELP in user role for binocular search help was not work properly.

For cost center assignment there is binocular search help display. However for G/L acct assignment no binocular search help display. May i know why ???

I have tried to set a breakpoint in all the Functional Module given by you but it wasn't went in during shopping cart creation.
