** Message being processed - Queue status green colour

Hi Friends,

Many messages in our SXMB_MONI shows green color in the queue id column. It shows 'Message being processed'. All messages are in queue, still they are not delivered. Processing takes more hours. These messages are not EOIO queue. While we check this thru SMQ1 and SMQ2 it shows 'Running'. So, what could be the problem ...?

Try to activate your queues in TX: SXMB_ADM -> Manage Queues

'Wait' state means that there are very few resources in the system (Dialog Work Process, Queues, MaxRuntime (LUW)). We increased queue size, now the message processing little bit fast.

All queues are already registered.

But, while we check thru 'SMQR' tcode, the Schedule Status shows 'Wait'.

Does it show you any errors when you double click on one of the queues when in SMQR?

click on the QUEUE ID in the SXMB_MONI for your message.

here you can find the entries that causes get stuck inside.

select the queue and click display button, if it shows the status "sysfail" then delete the entry.
