link between Confirmation Item and PO Item

Hi

when We create a Confirmation for a PO which has more than one services the confirmation transaction shows only the PO number. It does not show the item number of the PO.

I would like to know the link of the confirmation item to a PO item. the confirmation always show the Purchase order and the First Item.

I went to BBP_PD transaction and also look into the table BBP_PDBEI but it also does not show any link.

Only the Purchase order is Shown.

Hi,

As far as standard practice we can see all items in the one PO while doing confirmation.

You can check the PO properly or can find some more drill downs in the PO item while doing Confirmation.

Or else to cross check this , try to put Service entry sheet in r/3 and then check in the PO (while doing copy function), if its shows ok in R/3 then it has to be there in SRM also.
