Problem with Device Configuration in Mobile Admin 7.0

Hi All,

I am working with Mobile Admin 7.0. I have created a Device Configuration (DC) with some parameters set in the 'Parameter Sets' tab and some conditions in the 'Conditions' tab.

The condition is like OS is Windows Moblibe 2005.

Now my question is about this "Conditions tab'. To my understanding only if the conditions here are fulfilled, the parameters in the DC should reflect in the client.

But whatever conditions I put in that tab, however false they are, all the values of the parameters (and the changes to them) are reflected in the client after Sync.

Can somebody explain me what is this Tab's real use?

Hi Ankur

This problem has already been resolved. Which SP of MI 7.0 are you using. If you are using SPS13 please refer to note 1090646 and upgrading to the patch or an higher patch will resolve your problem.

Yes I am using SP13 and I went through the note you referred.

I am still confused, because my problem is not exactly reflecting in the note.

I have no applications assgined to my DC as such.

I am just trying to test this - that if I change the language parameter and set the condition which is false, that change should not reflect on the client.

What do you think I can do about it?
