What consequence will happen if we installed WEB AS kernel 32 bit on Windows Server 2003 64-bit?

Hi,

It depends from you Windows 2003 64 bit release.

If it's Itanium based, you will run in x86 emultation mode which will be very bad for performance.

If it's x64 or Itanium, you also will not be able to use all the host memory.

You will also not be supported by SAP.

In fact, I don't see any ideas why you would do it...
